A chilla is a savoury pancake traditionally made from lentils. Aarog chilla mixes are protein-forward and ready to cook—just add water and cook on a pan.
Do I need to add anything besides water?
No. The base mix is designed to work with just water. You can add vegetables, herbs, or flavour boosts if you like, but nothing is required.
Are chillas spicy?
No. All Aarog base blends are mild and neutral. Flavour boosts are optional and added separately, so you control the taste and spice level.
What’s the difference between the lentil blends?
Red lentil is lighter and smoother, green lentil is heartier with a deeper flavour, and mixed lentil offers a balanced texture and taste.
Are flavour boosts required in chillas?
No. Flavour boosts are optional add-ins. You can also season your chilla using your own spices and ingredients at home.
Are chillas suitable for kids and families?
Yes. The base blends are mild, nutritious, and suitable for all ages. You can keep flavours simple or customize them as needed.

How do I use Daily Lift?
Use DailyLift like a daily flour: mix with warm water to make dough for rotis, parathas, or tortillas. You can also use it to make fried Indian pooris, pizza doughs, breads with suggested recipes.
Is Daily Lift gluten-free?
Yes. Daily Lift is made with gluten-free ingredients and does not contain wheat flour or gluten-containing grains. Always check the label if you have celiac disease or severe allergies.
Can I substitute Daily Lift for regular flour in my recipes?
