We ship orders through Chit Chats, a Canadian shipping partner that works with major carriers to provide reliable and cost-effective delivery across Canada.

Final-mile delivery may be completed by carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or other national delivery providers depending on destination.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Aarog Foods Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns of opened items.
